New Balance Gift Cards are a convenient and flexible way to shop for footwear, apparel, and accessories — either for yourself or as a gift. Here’s everything you need to know:
1. Purchasing an eGift Card
- eGift Cards can be purchased online only at NewBalance.co.nz.
- Available in amounts from NZD $25 to $250.
- You can include a personal message, and the card will be emailed to the recipient shortly after payment is processed.
- eGift Cards can be purchased alongside other products, but will be delivered separately via email.
2. Where Can I Use It?
- Redeemable online at NewBalance.co.nz and in all New Balance stores across New Zealand.
- eGift Cards are only valid in New Zealand and cannot be used internationally.
3. How to Redeem
- Online: Enter your gift card number and PIN at checkout.
- In-store: Present the eGift Card (printed or on your device) to a store associate.
- If your order total is less than the card value, the remaining balance stays active for future use.
- If your order exceeds the card value, you can pay the difference with another payment method.
4. Important Terms
- eGift Cards do not expire.
- They are non-refundable, non-returnable, and not redeemable for cash (except where required by law).
- Cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or combined with voucher codes.
- Treat your eGift Card like cash — lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.
5. Returns & Refunds
- If you return an item purchased with an eGift Card, you’ll receive a new eGift Card via email for the refund amount.
6. Fraud & Liability
- eGift Cards must not be used for fraudulent purposes (e.g., reselling for profit).
- You are responsible for all transactions made using your eGift Card.
- New Balance reserves the right to deactivate or cancel a card if terms are breached.
